It's been a strange intuitive sort of build up because for the past couple of weeks I had been gathering clothing and textile ideas - even during my trip back to Asia, I bought cloth.
Then we decided to go shopping on Saturday and I came across this fabulous machine. It's a felter basically , made by Janome. I had no prior experience at all with felting but I was really excited and interested in the experimental nature of this machine that I decided to purchase it on the spot!
When I finally got it back (around 6pm that evening) I worked on it obsessively till 4am the next day. I love this machine as a new tool for my creativity and art - so I decided to keep a log to showcase some of the art and craft work I am doing with it.
